Heiman Fire Equipment is seeking a motivated Customer Service representative. The Customer Service, Sales, and Website Support representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers and Heiman sales team members by phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Sales Support
Assist with customer service including answering incoming calls, taking orders, creating and/or entering quotes, entering/submitting purchase orders, and contacting vendors to satisfy the customer’s needs.
Professionally handle customer issues/requests with the best interest of both the customer and the company
Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies
Use Sage 100 to look up product part numbers/pricing, inventory, customer accounts/invoices, reports and more
Assist outside Heiman sales team members
Work with all departments to make sure we are adhering to the highest customer service standards in our industry
